Digest headers: reboot digest-algorithm registry

Dear all,

Here's a proposal to reboot the digest-algorithm registry.

All non-crypto|unsafe algorithms are deprecated, and the only
"available" algorithms are based on sha256 and sha512.

The old algorithms (sha, md5, crc32, .. ) are still registered for documentation
purposes and marked as "deprecated".

For editorial purposes, the PR is based on the Content-Digest one,
which I hope to rearrange today.
