In that case it usefull, if user (and specially helpdesk) is able to see why proxy was failed. Proxy is able to tell more than what Browser's generic message is doing. Proxy's explanation reduces need for dig proxy's log for error. It is not very easy to correlate helpdesk-request to proxy's log entries. / Kari Hurtta
