FYI: Squid-4.0.16 beta which is due to be released in the next few days
will contain initial support for this Cache-Control:immutable extension.

This initial support consists of 'immutable' interaction with reload and
refresh requests.

Support for 'immutable' interaction with regular conditional (If-*)
requests is not yet implemented.
