I've tried to turn the "Common Structure" idea into an I-D, and
I've probably done it wrong five ways before breakfast.
It's my hope the WG will adopt this, but in the meantime corrections,
comments and pull requests (https://github.com/bsdphk/id_common_structure)
are most welcome.
