Call for Adoption: Cache Digests for HTTP/2

Hi all,

Thanks all for the discussion regarding Cache Digests. It seems we have enough interest to adopt the draft; a number of individuals support the adoption and we have two references to implement and one possible other. The draft is mature enough to begin as a working group draft, the security considerations have been added and need expanding, and this is normal for a document at this stage.
