We think that this draft fixes the issues that came up in WGLC - * https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/192 - Prohibit client certs from being used with Opp-Sec * https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/188 - Don't mix secure and insecure schemes on a connection * https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/162 - Separate lifetime from commitment element Please have a look and come back to the list if you have concerns or comments; once Mike judges we have consensus (as the Document Shepherd), we'll hand it over to the IESG.
