Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-ietf-httpbis-http2-encryption-06.txt

We think that this draft fixes the issues that came up in WGLC -

* https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/192 - Prohibit client certs from being used with Opp-Sec
* https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/188 - Don't mix secure and insecure schemes on a connection
* https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues/162 - Separate lifetime from commitment element

Please have a look and come back to the list if you have concerns or comments; once Mike judges we have consensus (as the Document Shepherd), we'll hand it over to the IESG.

Cheers,
