Please have a careful read through and raise any issues you find, and state your support (or lack thereof) on list. In particular, if have implemented it, or intend to, it would be helpful to know this. WGLC will end in two weeks (21-6-16). Note that a few small editorial changes are waiting in the repo (see last two commits in <https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/commits/master/draft-ietf-httpbis-encryption-encoding.md>), and we probably need to update some of the references (e.g., FIPS180-4 to RFC6234, which is already in the downref registry).
