IMHO, the non-permanent aspect Julien pointed out is a stronger reason for allocating a new status. To create a symmetrical non-permanent non-erasing form of 410. I am sure that the entities behind the related laws would greatly desire the 410's ability to automatically disconnect other content (links references, bookmarks, history records) from mentioning a non-legal resource. >> That is all.
