Status codes in the HPACK static table

I did some simple digging around the status codes we see at Akamai to validate the six status codes that are in the HPACK static table. In short, the top four codes, which account for 98% of the status codes we se are (in order):

200
304
206
204

It is worth noting that with the exception of 200 none of them are in the table and the ones that are in the table are very infrequent. Assuming the Akamai data is typical there are a few bytes that can be saved. This is not a high priority item, but as I never cross-referenced this before I found it interesting, and others might as well. I do not have a strong opinion here on whether the table should be updated or not, but as long as we have any status codes in the table we should presumably pick the most frequent codes. If anyone has supporting or conflicting data Id love to see it as well.
