Hi,

  http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-p6-cache-22 it seems a
bit odd section 1.4.1. refers to 2^31 rather than 2^31 - 1 as maximum.
It would be good to add parenthetical with a rationale.

Same comments on Appendix C (Collected ABNF) as for p7.
