Correction:  Thanks to a private comment from Josh Cohen, I realized the
"problem" with Proxy-Authorization was mine, not MSIE's.

However, I still think the Proxy-Authorization section for HTTP/1.1
should state explicitly that a client must send Proxy-Authorization
with every request to a proxy that has requested it.
