I accept Jeff Mogul's proposed adjustments, to wit:

1) 206 Partial Content
reworded to allow either Content-Range (for a single byte range) or
multipart/byteranges.

2) Allowing multipart/byteranges only when the client requested more
than one byte range in Ranges, thus implying its support for same.
