Note that I am now (having dealt with all issues I know of) beginning the mechanical side of the production of Draft 04. With luck, we'll get it out late today; without, tomorrow. What does this mean? This means that I will now (for the purposes of this draft) ignore terminology and minor word-smithing problems, and only deal with those few things (non-critical, in my opinion) I have asked people to look into for me, if they arrive in time. Of course, if some real protocol problem surfaces today, I can respin the draft, either before or after it is issued. Larry Masinter will shortly post a message that explains IETF process in more detail, so you all understand where things go for here (and that there will be future opportunities to fix both trivial and substantive issues that may arise). Thanks to you all for your efforts. I think 04 is it, for proposed standard, unless I've made some editing mistake.
