In Sect. 12.2.1.6 and 13.1 are the approximate words: The response MUST include a Content-Length with a value of zero (0) and no entity body. Isn't it sufficient to say that no entity body may be included, which, in turn, means there's no Content-Length header? In my reading of 11.2.2, a Content-Length: 0 implies a zero-length entity body, not the absence of an entity body. Dave Kristol
