Re: Location, URI-header, etc.

Oops, I forgot about the original purpose of the Location and URI headers.
The only one excuse I hear about implemented content-negotiation in
Dan DuBois's desciption on 'how the Spyglass Server 1.01 implements URI'
Later I found the implementation in CERN httpd 3.0, and don't understand
now, why never seen a hungarian server using the feature.
(Almost all hungarian http servers are bi-lingual, but they not use content
negotiation, they use separate URLs.)
But my statements on possible restricting the use of Location and URI
headers are void. (We can point out in NOTEs the possible mis-uses,
suggest some sanity checks for server implementors before passing
user supplied header to clients, but shouldn't restrict the usage.)
I'm sorry.
