I won't teleconference but nevertheless I think the options dependency diagram
is a good idea because in practice options aren't independant.
Probably it's just not possible to define all options orthogonal.

Is the 12.2 version of the draft ready for submission to the IESG?

(Note: I have two pending changes, namely Juergen's option dependency
diagram, and Greg's word change for section 11.3).
