Re: Working collections

Oohh, that was a painful labour, but here is the punch line.  It was buried
deep at the end of a very long thread, so I'm restating Geoff's words.

I'll happily change my recommendation from disallow CHECKOUT of a
collection version to this proposal if it satisfies Greg's requirements.
