My apologies ... I have been remiss in keeping the vdt directory current.
The most recent draft is in the standard internet drafts directory
(draft-ietf-deltav-versioning-01). I hope to submit a new version
(draft-ietf-deltav-versioning-02) today, and get a copy in Word format
    uploaded to vdt as well.

(Neil: I'll send you a copy by email today as well).

Also note that the model document has not been updated in while, and
there actually is no VERSION method - you apply CHECKOUT to a versionable
resource to put it under version control. This means you use the
sequence CHECKOUT/CHECKIN to create a new revision, whether or not
the resource is versionable or already versioned.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

The draft version of the DeltaV spec available from
http://dav.ics.uci.edu/vdt/ is quite old. It doesn't even cover the VERSION
method. Is there another location I can find a more up to date draft?

       Thanks,
