My "convert to plain text" processing has not been working for a while
(you don't want to know the gory details :-), so I have not been able
to create a plain text version of the draft for submission as an IETF draft.
To keep us from getting too out-of-synch with the internet draft numbering,
I decided to rename the old 05 draft to be "04.6". As soon as I get the
plain text processing going again, I'll submit an 05.
Sorry about any confusion this may have caused! If you ever have a question
about what is the current working draft, check out
http://www.webdav.org/deltav for
the most current info.
The latest draft is currently "04.8".
