DELETE in particular, though I'm sure there are many others.

- Is it possible to explicitly delete a revision? If so, what happens to
references to that revision in predecessor and successor revisions, not to
mention workspaces and baselines?

- Is it possible to explicitly target and delete a versioned resource? If
so, what happens to references to it in referencing collections (presumably
they are left dangling), workspaces and baselines?
