I think it would be useful to have a paragraph or two about LOCK in the
'Versioning and Existing Methods' section, to bring the semantics together.
Currently, there is a section on locking named "Locking a Versioned Resource"
in the "WebDAV Versioning Semantics" section. Do you want to move this
to the "Versioning and Existing Methods" section? The reason I didn't
put it there originally is that versioning doesn't change anything about
the LOCK or UNLOCK methods.
