Subject: DAV:single-checkout and DAV:linear
As I recall, the "single-checkout" flag was to ensure a non-branching
revision history. If so, its semantics aren't quite right (i.e. preventing
multiple checkouts from a revision does not ensure a non-branching
revision history). I propose we rename this property "DAV:linear"
(or some such thing), put it on the versioned resource instead of the revision,
and fix the semantics to do what was intended.
