FYI, the Woodmark Hotel has a Microsoft corporate rate of $175 for
a "creek-side" room. It's not the closest hotel, but word from Chris
is that it is the nicest. I'll be renting a car, so I can do some
    shuttling between Woodmark and Microsoft.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

    Howdy!

Although all official work happens in the mailing
list and at the Delta-V working group meetings, it is
often beneficial to have additional "high bandwidth"
discussions to facilitate design discussions between
working group meetings.  We try to have these design
team meetings between and during the regularly scheduled
IETF meetings to help make progress on our specification.
The next of these interim design meetings will be hosted
by Microsoft on May 24th & 25th in Redmond, WA.

Please note that meeting minutes will be issued to the
mailing list and all decisions made at the meeting are
tentative until reviewed on mailing list. Any member of
the Delta-V working group is welcome to attend, but be
prepared to get into the details!

The meeting will be held in building 41 (Troon) of
the Microsoft campus, and will run from 9-5 on both days
in the lobby conference room (Townsend).  Try to arrive a
little early so that we can start promptly at 9.

PLEASE REPLY TO ME SO THAT I CAN GET AN ACCURATE COUNT
    OF THE ATTENDEES.

The local airport is SEATAC and is roughly a 30-45 minute
drive to Microsoft depending on traffic.  Heavy traffic
is typical from 6-9 am and 4-7 pm.  Carpool lanes are
    available.
