For people NOT planning on attending the meeting (Feb. 2)

If you are not planning on attending the HTTP-caching meeting
on Friday, Feb. 2, and you have some issues that you want us
to place on our agenda for discussion, please let me know by
Feb. 1 at the latest.

Even if you can't be there, someone else might be willing
to argue for (or against) your position. This means that
suggestions for the agenda from non-attendees should be
as specific as possible. That is,
	please discuss "Vary"
is useless; but if you give us a pointer to a specific
proposal to discuss, then we might have a chance to make
some progress on it.

Thanks
-Jeff
