Hi, so i dont know know why but the page apparently cant be open and this email can be used to ask question,
so I was wondering what I did to have caused this problem(s)

So what i did was I check the link and it is view-able (http://www-student.it.uts.edu.au/~rfelix/websystems/comment.html)

So I thought the problem could be the permission (access ; chmod),

which make this a little bit confusing since I follow all the procedures, but at your end it does not show anything...
So I was really wondering if it is possible for an explanation of what I had done wrong.
(Additional Information, I also check using HTML and CSS Validation and it also does not shows any errors on all HTML and CSS files)
