Tidy xHTML problem

Has anyone come across a problem where tody does not enclose attributes in
quotes before?

My tidy code is - can anyone see any problems with the below?

clean:yes
indent:auto
markup:yes
output-xhtml:yes
show-warnings:yes
uppercase-tags:no
uppercase-attributes:no
