I can't find a link to download libtidy.dll !

hallo,

i'm german person and not so good in english, but i hope you can understand
my problem. i work with operating-system "winxp-pro" and
"borland-delphi6-personal" and i would like use tidy-pas with delphi. in
links at your site i read about "libtidy.dll". but i can't find a link for
download or use this file. Can you help me?
