Is there any reason why tidy should wrap the attribute value for title= in a <link> element but not the content= value in a <meta> element. The title= value is also wrapped in the <acronym> and <a> elements and this shows on browsers. IMO tidy should not wrap any quoted attribute value but maybe, if others want it, it should be switch controlled.
