Yes I think the spec should be clarified: The 'inherit' keyword causes the properties value to be inherited. Note: - not allowed as an expression mixed with operations. - for inheritable properties, 'inherit' = inherited-property-value(). - for not inheritable properties, 'inherit' = from-parent().
