FYI, Calumet supports the EXProc extensions out of the box, you don't
have to import any library. (When/if there is an "official" EXProc
library URI, Calumet will allow you to point to it. Until then, you
don't have to import anything.) Calumet implements all proposed steps
(minus pxp:nvdl, but that will change) and XPath functions.
