linking of two lists

Hello,

I am not sure this is even possible, but I wanted to ask people that
might know for sure:

if I have two lists of possible values for attributes:

blue ------- ball
red----------hat
green ------cup


is it possible to enforce if blue is choosen that ball is also choosen?
