Re: [Ann.] XML Schema FAQ

The schema comments mailing list has in the past few weeks
had a number of useful threads such as "How do I Constrain
a Simple Type", "How Does an Instance Refer to a Schema".
It would be great if the essence of some of these threads could
find its way into the FAQ.
