Just to lend support for the single-doc faq, it is often much easier to do a text search on a single doc faq than a multi doc faq. If I had a particular problem and couldn't find a match with the top links I could search for a keyword in the document instead and still maybe find what I am looking for. Thanks, Jeff Rafter
