Please let me and Joseph know by Tuesday 14h00 EST whether or not you can be
in 
Ottawa for October either 16, 17, or 18.  If you cannot make it on
any of those dates, let us know that too.

We need to know your availability on EACH of the three dates so Joseph
can pick the one most optimal for the most people.  If we cannot get
adequate representation for any of the dates, we'll go back to square one.

Once a date has been decided upon, I will make arrangements (with Joseph)
and we'll let everyone know.
