Re: New issue

Additional issue.

Missing reference from section "2.6 Processing SOAP Messages" to
section "2.7 Relaying SOAP Messages" (although this was
originally proposed by Noah[1]). Also, possible
conflict/duplication between section "2.6 bullet 5" and section
"2.7".

exchange pattern and results of processing (e.g. no fault
generated) require that the SOAP message be sent further along
the SOAP message path, relay the message as described in Section
2.7 Relaying SOAP Messages.
