FYI - possibly typographical errors

I noted some simple well-formedness problems
in posted examples on page
http://www.w3.org/2000/03/29-XML-protocol-matrix

1. SOAP-ENV start tag has slash like an empty tag.

2. eb:MessageHeader and eb:Manifest closing tags are
missing the eb: namespace portion.

3. In the DISCO example two empty tags do not have
a slash at the end.

4. Also in the DISCO example a comment line
is missing an exclamation sign.

5. Also in the IOTP example I wonder if
you shouldn't double escape the phrase
's&h' so the amp sign is escaped in the html
presentation.
