Hello,

My name is Anish Karmarkar and (once my AC rep confirms in reply
to this message) I will be replacing David Clay as the primary rep for 
Oracle in this working group.

My background is in fault-tolerance, messaging and distributed systems.
Recently, I have been focusing on implementation of SOAP and related
specifications.
