is simply that ebXML is a relatively fixed protocol for a specific purpose
with no extensibility model that allows design of new protocol elements for
new "mission critical" requirements.

If one looks at
_v_0-96_.pdf sec 4.9 she/he might find that the above statement is "a
relatively" false.
