XML schema draft comments: pt.1 2.2.1.2 editorial "to base type"

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-1-20040318/:


Section 2.2.1.2 says:

   This decision simplifies application processing required to cast
   instances from derived to base type.

That should probably say "from a derived to a base type" (or
"from derived to base types").
