Regarding the draft at

Section 3.2.2 says:

   {attribute declaration}	
     See the Attribute Declaration mapping immediately below.

It would probably more precise (and clearer) to say something like:

   {attribute declaration}	
     An Attribute Declaration mapping as specified immediately below.

(The current wording never actually specifies that the value
of the {attribute declaration} property is that attribute
declaration.)
