test suite bug

Hi all,

I just noticed that the test suite seems to have the wrong results for
style defaulting: e.g. RPC-3G has style default on the interface but the
operation doesn't have any style in the CM results. The WSDL-XSLT does
not seem to handle style default.

Woden also doesn't do this defaulting, I already filed a bug report.
