We just added the *.filename files at the interop event. They are used to 
simplify the Ant task. The Ant task can now form a fileset for *.filename 
files and apply an XSLT to each file named in it. This eliminates the need 
to generate a large Ant script as in the previous design. The initial 
*.filename files were generated automatically by a custom Ant task, but go 
ahead and create them manually for new test cases until we get everything 
automated.

They are only present for good test cases because only good WSDLs are used 
for comparing component model interchange file between implementations. We 
could include them for bad tests too if that is useful.

Thanks for the correction and for applying the patch. 

I see that the good document test cases now contain a .filename file. Can 
you tell me what the file is for and why there are no .filename files for 
the bad document test cases?

Thx for creating these messge test cases. 

I corrected your TestMetadata.xml files. The role="root" attribute is used 
to indicate the root WSDL file, not the main file in the test case, e.g. 

        <Inputs> 
                <Input role="root">Axis2SampleDocLit.wsdl</Input> 
                <Input>canontoaxis-inout-complextypes.wsilog</Input> 
        </Inputs>

Interop message contributions for test suite









I've attached a patch for the test suite that contains recordings of the 
various conversations (Axis2 and Canon self tests and interactions) tested 
at the interop event. The messages were captured using the Eclipse Web 
Tools Platform's (WTP) TCP/IP monitor. 

Thanks of course to Chathura and Youenn for sending the messages so that I 
could capture and contribute them.
