Primer section for MEP examples

Hi Amy,

For your action item to provide MEP example as part of the LC61c
resolution, there are two places we can put the examples depends on what
you finally come up:

1. we can just add the example to the section

ml#more-interfaces-meps, or

2. we can just add a subsection under "Advanced Topics" if the content
doesn't fit into 1.
