WSDL 2.0 part two last call last call

Heylas,

I've committed the edits on WSDL part two.  If you have concerns, please
look at the specification *now* and make comments *now*.  My availability
*stops* in 1/2 hour, at four o'clock eastern time (another meeting).

Hugo, unless you hear from me with a delay, part two is last-call ready at
four.

Glen, the AD HTTP feature binding is set up as a separate thing, just like
the SOAP module that it corresponds to.  If you dislike this, open an
issue, because it's not editorial.

I have not modified the link in the para referring to the {property
constraint}, because it links to the bibliography.  I don't think it
desperately needs changing.

Glen, I believe that all other requested edits are completed.  Please
double-check.

Asir, I believe that your edits are committed.  Please double-check.

I believe that this otherwise concludes all edits, and completes this part
for last call.
