RE: Proposed revised abstract

> features, SOAP 1.2 modules

I don't see a reason why we have to use the phrase 'SOAP 1.2 module' in Part
2. One of the reasons for changing from soap:mustUnderstand="true" to
ad:mustUnderstand="true" is to move away from a specific version of SOAP. My
suggestion is to use the phrase "SOAP modules" instead of "SOAP 1.2
modules".

Subject: Proposed revised abstract

Hugo pointed out that part two needs a revised abstract.

Herewith:

This document describes extensions for the Web Services Description
Language (WSDL) Version 2.0 . These extensions include Message Exchange
Patterns (MEPs), features, SOAP 1.2 modules, and bindings of features.
The Working Group has discussed and approved these extensions, and
recommends their use with the Web Services Description Language (WSDL).
