On a related note, i did wonder if the wsa:ReplyTo address (or some such)
identifies the endpoint URI, is there an issue in routing the message
back to originating binding or operation?

i.e. if more than one binding shares the same endpoint URI and/or more
than one operation uses the same response message, it is possible to
publish an ambiguous WSDL.

i guess this is similar to the "which operation" issue and could benefit
from the same resolution/text.
