RE: Suggest TAG/WSD WG liaison meeting at tech plenary

Wanted to ping about this..  I didn't see it on the agenda for the F2F.  The
TAG is keen to find out our answer.

Jonathan, maybe you can communicate with Stuart Williams on coording when
such meetings would happen?
