Hi,

I finished my review of the Architecture of the World Wide Web last call
document; my comments are at

The only issue pertaining to WSDL is that the relationship of QName-URI
mapping, fragment identifiers in XML and namespace documents should be
handled more deeply (my penultimate comment in that message).
