RE: Separate concepts for "service" and "targetResource"?

Walden,

The same way that it does not matter to a loan applicant to know "how many agents and forwardings took place in order to approve my loan", why would the loan applicant care about the existence of an abstract resource called a "loan processor" and identified by a URI, when she already has a URI identifying the WSD loan service. What does a second URI buy her?
