Status of AG007

The RTF put forth the following proposal for AG007 [1] which was approved
during the 7/25/02 WSAWG meeting (can't locate minutes). The D should be
removed from this goal.

The RTF put forth the following proposal for AC018 [3] and this was approved
during the 7/25/02 WSAWG with no changes (can't locate minutes). There is a
slight wording change in the current document in that AC018 includes
provisioning of web services. If this is acceptable, the draft status should
be removed from AC018.
